WHAT IS INCLUDED In Phase 1(8 weeks)
3 x 60 min in person sessions per week
2 strength focused sessions
Saturday conditioning focused
Small group setting (max 5 kids)
Coached by registered kinesiologist and certified strength and conditioning specialist
