WHAT IS INCLUDED In Phase 1(8 weeks)

  • 3 x 60 min in person sessions per week

  • 2 strength focused sessions

  • Saturday conditioning focused

  • Small group setting (max 5 kids)

  • Coached by registered kinesiologist and certified strength and conditioning specialist
